Question 1

What services does JaziraTech offer?

Accepted Answer

Two things. First, AI enquiry and support automation: an assistant that answers routine customer questions on WhatsApp, email and web from a script you approve, hands sensitive ones to your staff, and sends a daily owner report. Second, senior software engineering: web applications, REST APIs and integrations, and AI features (OpenAI and Anthropic Claude) added to existing products.

Question 2

Do you work with startups or only established companies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are set up for small and growing businesses: every engagement starts with a free audit, and automation work starts with a small fixed-price pilot.

Question 3

Can you help with both frontend and backend development?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our production experience is full-stack: React and Next.js on the front end, Java/Spring Boot and Node.js on the back end, and PostgreSQL, Oracle and MariaDB databases, deployed on platforms such as OpenShift, Docker and Vercel. We can take on a whole feature or a specific part of your stack. See the Engineering page for how fixed-scope projects work.

Question 4

How much does a typical project cost?

Accepted Answer

We keep pricing simple and low-risk. Every engagement starts with a free enquiry audit. From there, most automation work begins with a fixed-price 14-day pilot (quoted in writing with your audit, and credited toward setup if you continue). Larger software builds and ongoing operations are quoted per project. Every price is agreed in writing before work starts — no hidden fees.

Question 5

Is pricing fixed or hourly?

Accepted Answer

Fixed price, agreed in writing, for the pilot and for each scoped build. Ongoing run-and-improve work is a monthly fee, month to month.

Question 6

What payment terms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Payment terms are set out in your written quote. We invoice by bank transfer, or by card through Stripe.

Question 7

What is your typical project timeline?

Accepted Answer

Automation pilots run for 14 days. Larger builds are scoped after the audit, and the timeline is agreed in writing with the price.

Question 8

How do you handle communication during projects?

Accepted Answer

JaziraTech is founder-led: you deal directly with the person designing and building your system. You get a short written update every week, and you can reach us by email or WhatsApp. We reply within one working day.

Question 9

Can I make changes to the project requirements?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we understand that requirements can evolve. We use an agile approach that accommodates changes. Minor adjustments within scope are included. Significant changes are discussed, estimated, and documented as change requests with timeline/cost impacts. This ensures transparency while maintaining project momentum.

Question 10

What technologies and frameworks do you specialize in?

Accepted Answer

Front end: React, Next.js and TypeScript. Back end: Java/Spring Boot and Node.js. Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle and MariaDB (with Prisma). Platforms: Docker, OpenShift and Vercel. Mobile: Android. AI: the OpenAI and Anthropic Claude APIs.

Question 11

Do you provide ongoing maintenance and support?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer comprehensive post-launch support including bug fixes, security updates, performance monitoring, and feature enhancements. Support runs month to month with clear scope and no long lock-in — we quote it in writing alongside your project so there are no surprises after launch.

Question 12

How do you ensure code quality and security?

Accepted Answer

Automated tests, dependency audits and CI checks before deployment, plus privacy-aware design. Code is version-controlled in your repository and documented.

Question 13

How do I get started with JaziraTech?

Accepted Answer

1) Book a free enquiry audit via our website or Calendly. 2) We map how enquiries and work flow through your business and where the gaps are. 3) You receive a short written plan and a fixed quote for the first step. 4) We start with a focused pilot or first project. 5) If it delivers, we expand from there — month to month, no long lock-in. From first call to project start typically takes 1-2 weeks.

Question 14

What information should I prepare for the consultation?

Accepted Answer

Come prepared with: project goals and success criteria, target timeline and budget range, existing technical infrastructure (if any), user stories or feature requirements, any design assets or references, and key stakeholders who should be involved. Don't worry if everything isn't fully defined - we'll help clarify requirements during the consultation.

Question 15

Do you sign NDAs?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We understand the importance of protecting your intellectual property and confidential information. We're happy to sign your NDA or provide our standard mutual NDA template before any detailed discussions. Confidentiality and trust are paramount to successful partnerships.

Question 16

Who owns the code and intellectual property?

Accepted Answer

You do! Upon final payment, you receive full ownership of all code, designs, and deliverables. We provide complete source code, documentation, and deployment instructions. Everything is yours to use, modify, and maintain. We may showcase the project in our portfolio (with your permission) but you retain all IP rights.

Question 17

Do you help with deployment and hosting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We set up deployment, CI/CD, domains, SSL and basic monitoring, either on your existing infrastructure or on a host we recommend for your size. Every handover includes documentation so your team can run it.

Question 18

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the work?

Accepted Answer

If a deliverable doesn't match the written scope, we fix it at no extra cost. That's why the scope is agreed in writing before work starts.
